Metrowest Rentals is a family business. Twenty years ago, we used all our savings to buy and renovate our first apartment building, and rented it out to our first few tenants.

That was 2005. Since then, we’ve grown our listings and have provided modern housing to over 1,500 tenants. It’s a blessing to be able to state a number like that. Our tenants range from families, to WPI, Clark, and UMass undergraduate and graduate students, to working professionals.
